We pay cash and buy properties in as-is condition and professionally remodel the properties and resell them.

We provide you, our Field Rep/Agent, with free leads of motivated sellers – sellers who HAVE to sell their homes due to situations outside of their control. Our leads are gathered using state-of-the-art proprietary research which gives us real-time data on the homeowners’ situations – this means we give you a lot of information to help you set appointments!

You use our leads to set appointments for us by prospecting these homeowners via property visits, phone calls, emails, talking to relatives, neighbors etc. The day-to-day activities of the successful candidate in this position are:

  1. Driving to houses to speak with qualified homeowner leads
  2. Asking for and setting appointments
  3. Making outbound attempts to qualified homeowner leads via calls, emails, handwritten notes, etc.
  4. Following up with qualified homeowner leads
  5. Preparing market analysis on potential deals
  6. Listing the properties that you helped us purchase – earning a commission!

This is a 100% commission position and how much you make is based on how much you want to work and how many deals you tee-up for us. Each time you set an appointment with a homeowner and we meet with them and purchase their house, you get a referral fee when we purchase; then when we resell the property YOU get to list the property and earn a remaining 5% commission (split with buyer’s broker). Plus, you get a bonus based on the company’s net profit on the resale of the property. Our average sale price is around $250,000, so your average total compensation per house (excluding Buyer’s broker and your own Broker’s splits) would be over $5,000 per house.
