Our leads are gathered using state-of-the-art proprietary research which gives us real-time data on the homeowners\u2019 situations \u2013 <strong><u>this means we give you a lot of information to help you set appointments!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You use our leads to set appointments for us by prospecting these homeowners via property visits, phone calls, emails, talking to relatives, neighbors etc. The day-to-day activities of the successful candidate in this position are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Driving to houses to speak with qualified homeowner leads<\/li>\n<li>Asking for and setting appointments<\/li>\n<li>Making outbound attempts to qualified homeowner leads via calls, emails, handwritten notes, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Following up with qualified homeowner leads<\/li>\n<li>Preparing market analysis on potential deals<\/li>\n<li>Listing the properties that you helped us purchase \u2013 <u>earning a commission!<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This is a 100% commission position and how much you make is based on how much you want to work and how many deals you tee-up for us. Each time you set an appointment with a homeowner and we meet with them and purchase their house, you get a referral fee when we purchase; then when we resell the property YOU get to list the property and earn a remaining 5% commission (split with buyer\u2019s broker). Plus, you get a bonus based on the company\u2019s net profit on the resale of the property.
