Consent is not a condition of buying or selling any property, goods or services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you can join.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>On our website.<\/strong> Check the marketing box on our text sign-up page. On a request form, check the marketing box, the informational box, or both. Each box is unchecked until you check it. On a request form, each box is optional. The text sign-up page is only for texts, so it asks you to check the marketing box to sign up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By text.<\/strong> Text the keyword printed in our mail (for example, NVGMN) to (651) 372-2953. We will reply with the program details and ask you to reply YES to confirm. You get marketing messages only after you reply YES. Texting the keyword by itself does not sign you up.<\/li>\n<li>When you join by text, you confirm by replying YES.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Message frequency.<\/strong> Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month. Informational messages: frequency varies with your request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost.<\/strong> Msg &amp; data rates may apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to opt out.<\/strong> Text STOP to any message. You can also use QUIT, END, REVOKE, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or OPT OUT. You can also tell us by phone or email. A STOP stops all texts and marketing calls.
